Project delivery terms, timelines, and processes are determined solely by Superlunar Design Co. We will make every reasonable effort to meet deadlines, but delays caused by circumstances outside our control do not constitute a breach of agreement.
 
3. Intellectual Property and Portfolio Use

• Any work created by the company that owns this website remains our intellectual property until payment is received in full.

• We reserve the right to display and use any work created (including but not limited to designs, websites, strategies, and course materials) in our portfolio, case studies, promotional materials, and marketing.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our intellectual property without express written consent.
   

4. Communication and Social Proof
Any communication (such as testimonials, emails, messages, or project feedback) may be used for promotional, marketing, and social proof purposes unless you specifically request in writing that we do not.
 
5. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
Due to the digital and service-based nature of our offerings:

• All sales are final. No refunds or returns are available for services, courses, or digital products.

• For ongoing services, cancellation policies (if applicable) will be outlined in your specific agreement.
   

6. Course Access and Use
If you purchase a course or educational product:

• Access is provided for your personal use only. Sharing login details or course materials with others is strictly prohibited.

• We may revoke access without refund if misuse, plagiarism, or policy violations occur.

All services, products, and courses are provided “as-is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Future outcomes (including financial gain, business success, or client results).

• Platform functionality, compatibility, or uninterrupted access.

You are responsible for applying any strategies or materials provided.
